Record your answers. The answers will be published tomorrow.
Remember that you will need to use some of the Yr6 words in your Short Story. Look over the list tomorrow and write down ones which fit onto your Story Mountain.

Today, our target is to begin our first draft of the Lighthouse Story. We have built a story mountain, developed our characters and practised describing a setting. Today, we will put all of this hard work together. We are going to refine this work as we go on. You are warmly encouraged to share it, when completed. Please note that the target for Yr 6 is to produce a story of at least 3 pages in length.
You can type this work out but remember that you are aided by Spell Check software and we expect you to use this.
Note that we do not expect you to complete your first draft today. We plan to continue this work for three days, next week, along with some Grammar exercises on Direct Speech and the use of Colons and Semi-Colons.
Watch the slide show which has been emailed to you. You are welcome to share ideas or borrow from the ones we show you. Good luck! Mr T.
